Per cent of GDP at current market prices, GDP on the 2011-12 base (the RBI's note on its state-indicators table: 1999-2000 base to 2003-04, 2004-05 base to 2010-11, 2011-12 base from 2011-12; the Centre's and the combined tables divide by the same GDP, checked by their implied denominators). A different GDP base is a different ruler: never joined across bundles. The budget estimate for 2025-26 divides by the budget's own GDP projection. Stages, from the printed table's own note: accounts to 2023-24, the revised estimate for 2024-25 and the budget estimate for 2025-26, each in its own series (suffix __re and __be), never one line.
